- The drawing time will be 7:00pm on Monday the 8th of November at The Iron Horse Hotel and Casino
- Winners will be notified and prizes must be claimed by January 20, 2022 or the prize will be forfeited.
- All donations that are submitted before or on October 31, 2021 will receive an entry into the drawing according to the amount donated.
- Any donations made on or after November 1, 2021 will not receive an entry into the drawing.
- The winner of the drawing will be posted on the website within one week of the drawing.
- We will attempt to televise the drawing via Facebook Live Stream.
